Robert Yenchman represents clients in all facets of defense litigation, including commercial litigation, vehicular negligence, insurance coverage and criminal law.

Prior to joining Lewis Johs, Rob was an associate at a general litigation firm focusing on insurance defense, personal injury and criminal matters. He oversaw a team of attorneys responsible for managing a large caseload from inception to resolution. Rob also drafted and argued appellate briefs before various departments of New York State’s Appellate Divisions. While in law school, Rob interned at the New York County District Attorney’s office and, upon graduation, accepted a fellowship at the legal affairs office of the New York City Department of Homeless Services.

Rob is a member of the Queens County Bar Association and the Nassau-Suffolk Trial Lawyers Association.

Rob received his Juris Doctor degree from New York Law School in 2009, where he was participated in the Criminal Law Clinic. He was awarded his Bachelor of Science degree in 2004 from Union College.
