Rob McNeill’s practice is focused on the resolution of disputes involving real property for title insurance companies, attorneys, developers, builders, lenders, and owners. In addition, he provides coverage opinions and representation for title insurance companies and engages in commercial litigation, arbitration, and mediation on their behalf.

Mr. McNeill is a member of the Litigation, Construction, and Real Property sections of the North Carolina Bar Association. He has previously served on the NCBA Real Property Section Council Committee and on the Mecklenburg County Bar Lawyer Referral Service Committee, which he chaired from 1995 to 1998. He is a requested speaker regarding title insurance disputes and real estate litigation. Mr. McNeill was also selected by Law & Politics Magazine as a 2010 North Carolina “Super Lawyer” for Business Litigation.

Since 1985, Mr. McNeill has been admitted to practice in all federal and state courts in North Carolina and the U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals (4th Circuit).
