Raymundo Vázquez has been of counsel with CCN since 2005. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Vázquez served in several high level posts in the Mexican government, including the Department of Commerce and Industrial Development and the Mexican Department of Economy. His experience spans a wide range of areas including constitutional, administrative, financial, commercial and civil law, as well as working as a litigation consultant. Currently, Mr. Vázquez is an adviser to numerous projects and clients, primarily working with private sector clients and the Mexican government, in particular with respect to legislative consulting, competitive bidding projects, loan restructurings and real estate development projects, among others. He is a professor of constitutional law and teaches in the graduate program of the Escuela Libre de Derecho in Mexico City, and has served as a professor of administrative law at the Universidad Iberoamericana and the Universidad Panamericana in Mexico City.
