Randall K. Bernard, Esq.

Randall K. Bernard is a Senior Counsel with Brydon Hugo & Parker and has an extensive background in asbestos, products liability and governmental tort litigation.    His experience includes all phases of litigation, including trials. 

Prior to joining Brydon Hugo & Parker, Randall was a Partner with Wilson Elser Moskowitz Edleman & Dicker, where he represented clients including premises owners, general contractors, as well as manufacturers and distributors of brakes, clutches, gaskets, motorcycles, ATVs, automobiles, tractors, forklifts, trailers, asbestos cement pipe, turbines, machining tools, raw fiber and laundry equipment.    In addition, Randall has experience representing motor vehicle manufacturers in products liability claims and governmental entities in defense of tort claims. 

Randall earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California at Santa Barbara in 1988.    He earned a Master of Public Administration degree from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University in 1995.    Randall earned his Juris Doctor with honors from Syracuse University College of Law in 1995.    Randall was admitted to the California Bar in 1996 and is admitted in all federal district courts in California.    Randall is a member of Bay Area Lawyers for Individual Rights (BALIF).
