Ramona R. Cotca, Esq.

Ms. Cotca was born in Oradea, Romania and has lived in the United States since 1987. She graduated in 2001 from the University of Michigan with high honors, earning a B.A. in Political Science and History. In 2004, Ms. Cotca received a dual J.D./M.A. degree from American University, Washington College of Law and School of International Service. Ms. Cotca started with the firm as a litigation associate in March 2006. Since she joined the firm, she has tried cases in local and federal courts and has argued cases at the appellate levels. Her practice includes a variety of civil litigation matters, including commercial litigation, wrongful death, premise liability, contracts, product liability, professional malpractice, insurance coverage, motor vehicles, and construction litigation. In addition, Ms. Cotca also handles immigration matters before the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration services (USCIS), and local courts at the trial and appellate levels. Ms. Cotca is fluent in Romanian and proficient in Spanish.
