Ramona C. Howard was born in Detroit, Michigan, January 12, 1967. She was admitted to the Michigan Bar in 1993 and admitted to practice in Federal District Court of Michigan Eastern & Western Districts. She received her B.A. in Psychology at Wayne State University, December 14, 1989 and graduated Summa Cum Laude. At Wayne State University she was also a member of the Golden Key National Honor Society and Phi Beta Kappa. She attended Wayne State University Law School and graduated Magna Cum Laude with a J.D., May 16, 1993. At Wayne State Law School she was also assistant Editor of the Wayne Law Review from 1992-1993 and a member of the Order of the Coif.
