Circuit, 1995 Professional experience Mr. Bouman joined Coughlin & Gerhart, L.L.P. in 1975. He is currently Of Counsel with the firm. Mr. Bouman has successfully prosecuted numerous lawsuits in the area of personal injury including claims involving wrongful death, products liability and medical malpractice. He has also been lead counsel in securities fraud, antitrust, ERISA, RICO, environmental and constitutional law cases. Mr. Bouman handles lawsuits in both New York and Pennsylvania. He has been a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association since 1976. Mr. Bouman is a member of the New York Trial Lawyers Association, American Association for Justice, American Bar Association, New York Bar Association and the Broome County Bar Association.
