Paul J. Corrado, Esq.
Paul J. Corrado graduated magna cum laude from Case Western Reserve University School of Law; he also earned a Master’s degree in Social Work from Columbia University School of Social Work and an A.B. degree from Hamilton College. This combination of education and extensive trial experience affords Paul a unique perspective on the law and how it impacts both the employer and an individual.
Paul’s legal practice focuses in the areas of employment and labor law, higher education law, directors and officers litigation, and general civil litigation. Paul represents and counsels employers (companies, owners, managers and supervisors) on their day-to-day employment practices involving hiring, promotion, discipline, discharge, preventing discrimination and harassment, downsizing and severance decisions. He also advises on and defends charges and lawsuits alleging discrimination, harassment or wrongful discharge, wage and hour matters, labor relations, noncompetition and confidentiality agreements, as well as employee leave issues.
Paul is admitted to practice in the State of Ohio, The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, U.S. District Court, Northern District of Ohio, U.S. District Court, Western District of Pennsylvania, U.S. Court of Appeals, Third, Sixth and Ninth Circuits. He is AV-rated by Martindale Hubbell and is on Register of Preeminent Lawyers.
