Paul Kammerloch was called to the Manitoba Bar in 1977 after graduating with a law degree from the University of Manitoba Law School, which he attended from 1973 to 1976. He has a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Manitoba, History Major and was awarded the St. Paul's College academic award and award for excellence in the history major program.

Paul articled to Gordon Pullan of the law firm Golsof Pullan Guld and Satran, which firm was founded in 1924 by Nathan Golsof. Paul carried on a diverse general practice, but soon came to specialize in corporate commercial transactions, immigration and civil litigation related to contractual and business disputes. He became a partner in 1982 and continues to be a partner in PKF.

Paul's parents were both of German background coming from communities in southern Russia. After the war they resided in Germany where Paul's father resumed his career as a teacher. In 1948 they immigrated to Canada.

Paul, as a result of his family roots, maintained his German language skills and through his interest in his German heritage became involved in the German speaking community in Winnipeg, Manitoba and Canada. He served as president of the German Canadian Congress in Manitoba, as well as president of the German Canadian Business and Professional Association of Manitoba. He was involved in the establishment of the Chair for German Canadian Studies at the University of Winnipeg and was a co-founder of the Honourable Wilhelm Hespeler Centre in Winnipeg. He was also Honorary Counsel to the Winnipeg Kinderschule and the Manitoba Parents for German Education and various other organizations.

Paul was the Honorary Consul of Germany in the Province of Manitoba for the period of November, 2010 to November, 2013.

Through his legal career, Paul has appeared in the Manitoba Court of Queen's Bench, the Manitoba Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada.

He has acted as counsel in the purchase and sale of major businesses, as well as commercial real estate in Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, British Columbia, Texas, Louisiana and Georgia.

He founded First Canadian Immigration Services Inc. and has assisted over 400 immigrants with their immigration and settlement in Canada. He assists business class immigrants and investor class immigrants in immigrating and settling in Ontario and the four western provinces and assists with their business acquisitions and, if applicable, the establishment of an immigration trust and all other legal services required.

Paul also assists foreign workers in immigrating and settling in Canada, as well as sponsorship and immigration of family members.

Paul's personal interests include skiing, scuba diving, travel, history and enjoying his summer cabin at Lake of the Woods. Paul has two children, Paul Andrew (1983) and Jennifer Amy (1985).
