Patrick J. Milligan, Esq.
P.J. graduated from John Carroll University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 2001. In 2004 he earned his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, where he was an editor of the Cleveland State Law Review. During law school, P.J. gained an appreciation for litigation while participating in an externship program with the United States District Attorney’s Office. Following his admission to the practice of law in 2004, P.J. furthered his interest in litigation by serving as a staff attorney for the Honorable Dick Ambrose and the Honorable William J. Coyne of the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas. P.J. provided research, drafting and docket management support for the judges and held conferences with attorneys on pending matters covering many different areas of law, including labor and employment, medical malpractice, insurance coverage, and products liability.
P.J. is admitted to practice law in the State of Ohio and the United States District Court for the Northern District. He is a member of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association and is actively involved in the Cleveland-Marshall Alumni Association. P.J. joined Norchi Forbes in October of 2008 and will focus his practice in the following areas: general civil litigation, higher education law, medical malpractice, and labor and employment law.
