Patricia M. Nolan, Esq.

Patricia Nolan is an associate in the firm’s corporate services department. Her practice focuses primarily in the areas of mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance and securities matters. Her practice covers corporate governance matters, public company filings and representation, the representation of issuers, underwriters and placement agents, mergers and acquisitions, and the negotiation and documentation of all forms of commercial transactions.

Ms. Nolan received her law degree and undergraduate degrees from the University of Florida.
