Brad deLeeuw’s practice focuses on shareholder and business litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery and Federal District Court for the District of Delaware.  Prior to joining the firm, Mr. deLeeuw was associated with Grant & Eisenhofer, P.A., where he represented institutional investors in complex corporate and federal securities litigations, including: In re Stone &  Webster Sec. Litig., 414 F.3d 187 (1st Cir. 2005), In re TycoInternational, Ltd. Securities Litigation, No. 02-1335 (D.N.H.), and Bebchuk v. CA, Inc., 902 A.2d 737 (Del. Ch. 2006).

Mr. deLeeuw has also represented clients seeking to foster corporate governance reforms in no-action proceedings before the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and advised clients with respect to diverse securities law issues, including disclosure and regulatory reporting requirements.

Mr. deLeeuw is a graduate of Wake Forest University (1993) (B.A., Economics), Washington and Lee University School of Law (1996) (J.D.) and Georgetown University School of Law (2000) (L.L.M., Securities and Financial Regulation, with distinction).
