Owen specializes in real estate, transactional and business law. He also has an extensive background in complex commercial and construction litigation, environmental pollution litigation. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Boston College and his law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law. He was a Member of the Seton Hall Legislative Journal from 1980-1981.
