Notable Experience
Nicole has first chair trial experience including fire casualty claims. She also has also argued matters at the appellate level. Nicole authored “One Step Closer to Merit-Based Judicial Selection: Ohio’s New Limitations on Judicial Campaign Contributions and Expenditures,” 64 U. Cin. L. Rev. 1323 (1996).
She is also an active volunteer with the START Program, providing Montgomery County inmates with pro bono legal services.

Nicole is a member of the non-profit Dayton History Bell Board of Trustees, working with the staff to plan and produce major fundraising events such as Concorde D’Elegance and the Dayton Heritage Festival. She is also a member of the Hy-Crest Swim Club in West Chester. Nicole actively participates in the West Chester-Liberty Township Chamber Alliance.
