Natalia Palmer-Cancel, Esq.
Ms. Palmer-Cancel joined Ferraiuoli as an Associate Attorney on February 2011.
As part of her legal studies, she participated from March through July 2008 at the University of Chile, with the University of Puerto Rico School of Law Student Exchange Program.
Prior to joining Ferraiuoli, Ms. Palmer-Cancel worked as an Associate Attorney for González López & López Adames, Attorneys and Counselors at Law, and for Rodríguez Marxuach, P.S.C.
Her principal areas of practice include labor, employment matters and civil litigation, where, among other things, she advises employers in how to reduce their risk of employment litigation and how to comply with state and federal laws. She also represents workers in unfair labor practice claims. Ms. Palmer-Cancel assists clients in reviewing employee handbooks, manuals, and policy statements, and represents them in labor issues before administrative forums, as well as federal and state courts.
Ms. Palmer-Cancel is also a Public Notary.
