Natalia J. de Jesus-Suarez, Esq.
Ms. de Jesús-Suárez joined Ferraiuoli as an Associate Attorney on August 2011.
Before becoming an Associate Attorney, Ms. de Jesús-Suárez assisted Ferraiuoli in multiple corporate related matters such as transactional due diligence projects and licensing, corporate authorization and governance matters. This experience has enabled her to handle a varied array of issues in the corporate practice area.
Prior to joining Ferraiuoli, Ms. de Jesús-Suárez worked at Schuster Usera & Aguiló, LLP as a Law Clerk and as a Summer Clerk with Hon. Judge Daniel R. Dominguez in the United States District Court for the District of Puerto Rico.
During her last year as a law student, Ms. de Jesús-Suárez worked as a Law Clerk in the Legal Aid Clinic of the Inter American University of Puerto Rico School of Law, specifically in the Environmental Litigation Program. As assistant to Professor Julio E. Fontanet, she contributed in the research and drafting of the new edition of Criminal Procedure textbook.
Her principal area of practice is general corporate matters. She also provides support to other Departments including Labor & Employment.
Ms. de Jesús-Suárez is also fluent in English and Italian.
