BACKGROUND

Molly Fletcher was born in San Diego, California. She attended the University of Southern California, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy, Cum Laude.

Ms. Fletcher attended Golden Gate University School of Law where she earned her Juris Doctor. While in Law School, she was the recipient of the CALI Award for California Legal E-Search. Prior to joining Neil Dymott, Ms. Fletcher worked as a contract attorney for the law firm Herron and Steele APC, where she practiced complex business litigation. She also worked as a volunteer attorney at the Office of the City Attorney in San Diego, where she prosecuted misdemeanors and infractions in the Criminal Division.

Ms. Fletcher joined Neil Dymott as an associate in 2009. Her practice areas include civil litigation and the defense of professional liability and medical malpractice matters.
