Mohamed Zakaria

Mr. Zakaria obtained his LL.B. from Cairo University; he has an experience of five (5) years. Mr. Zakaria is a key member of the Procedural Department in the Law Firm.

Mr. Zakaria handles all procedures required for incorporation of companies and amendment of articles of incorporation, the legalization and notarization of official documents, minutes of Board meetings, and real estate registration, real estate mortgage registration, and commercial mortgages and registration of usufruct and mortgage.

Mr. Zakaria works closely with governmental and legal authorities and represents, among others, Philip Morris, Karthago Arirlines, TAQA Arabia. Mr. Zakaria handles all matters relating to the establishment of networks, employment agreements, lease and rental agreements, and all litigation matters related to the payment of invoices whether by individuals or companies.
