Michelle M. Clowser is a senior associate who practices in the area of products liability, toxic torts and personal injury defense. 

She has experience in asbestos-related products liability claims. She also has experience in defending corporate clients in a variety of areas including construction defect, insurance coverage and general insurance defense. 

While in law school, Ms. Clowser worked as a law clerk for Judge Peggy Hora at the Alameda County Superior Court in Hayward, California. 

She was admitted to the California Bar in 1998 and to the Texas Bar in 2005. She is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court Northern District of California and in the United States Supreme Court. Ms. Clowser received her B.A. in English from California State University-Hayward in 1993 and her J.D. from Gonzaga University School of Law in 1997 where she earned the CALI Award in Civil Rights.
