Michelle practices in the areas of business and corporate law, commercial real estate, health care, and liquor licensing. Before she joined ICRH, she practiced law for seven years with two other Poughkeepsie area firms. Michelle has been a featured speaker at various business-related seminars, including a continuing legal education seminar sponsored by the National Business Institute for New York attorneys entitled “LLC Trends and   Developments.”
