Michael W. Aitken, Esquire is admitted to practice before all State and Federal Courts of New Jersey and Pennsylvania.  Attorney Aitken defends, through trial, Firm clients in our Transportation, Premises/Environmental and Product Liability practices.  Mike received his Juris Doctor degree from Syracuse University School of Law in 2004 along with a Masters from Syracuse’s Maxwell College of Citizenship and Public Affairs.  Mike can be reached directly by e-mail at maitken@wagnerlaw.net.
