BACKGROUND Spokane native Michael Kelley received a B.A. in Political Science and History from Carroll College in 1981, and his J.D. from Notre Dame in 1984.

Mike is one of two trial attorneys who litigated the largest verdict in the history of the Pacific Northwest (a $79 million verdict against Weyerhaeuser) in 2003. In 2004, Mike and his partner Mike Haglund secured two large antitrust settlements for the firm’s clients in Westwood v. Weyerhaeuser and Coast Mountain v. Weyerhaeuser, $34.5 million and $14 million respectively.
