Michael J. Beagan, Esq.

Michael J. Beagan is an Associate with the firm.  He concentrates his practice on general civil litigation involving insurance carriers, individuals, self insured companies, and other businesses on matters involving motor vehicle accidents, commercial and contract disputes, and product liability. During law school, Mr. Beagan served as a summer judicial law clerk for Justice Elspeth Cypher of the Massachusetts Appeals Court and as a law clerk for the United States Attorney’s Office in Providence, Rhode Island.  His work centered on various litigation issues including commercial disputes, criminal prosecution and governmental interpleader.  Also, Mr. Beagan was a member of the Northeastern University School of Law Journal, which published two journals regarding the legal rights of enemy combatants held in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba and the 2009 housing crisis. Mr. Beagan is a Rhode Island native and currently resides in Canton, Massachusetts.
