Michael Miller graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in 1998. He then earned his J.D. from Lewis and Clark Law School in 2001. Mr. Miller was admitted to the California State Bar in 2001, and practiced civil litigation in Northern California before returning to Oregon and joining Mitchell, Lang & Smith in 2007. Mr. Miller has represented clients in many practice areas, including personal injury, products liability, governmental tort liability, professional malpractice, and construction defect litigation.
