Has particular experience and expertise within the licensed and leisure industry, having acted for one of the largest pub cos in the UK for a number of years. On behalf of one particular national pub co, has undertaken the due diligence and intra-group transfer of thousands of properties, valued in excess of £134m. Acts on behalf of several “ground rent” investors, advising on rights of pre-emption, right to manage and leasehold enfranchisement. His clients are based both nationally and locally within the Yorkshire region, and include FE Colleges, retailers, charities, property investors and developers.
