Matthew W. Carlson, Esq.

Mr. Carlson joined Thompson O’Donnell, LLP as a law clerk and worked his way up to partner in 2004. He is experienced in a wide area of litigation, including tort, contract, commercial, business, real estate brokers/agent, workers compensation, medical malpractice, nursing malpractice, nursing home, products liability and surety claims. He has argued before the District of Columbia Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of Virginia. He is the District of Columbia contributing editor to the 2004 and 2007 DRI Products Liability Compendium. Mr. Carlson also has an active employment counseling practice, advising both employers and employees concerning a variety of workplace issues.
