Matthew T. Kitces, Esq.
Mr. Kitces joined the Intellectual Property Practice Group at Goodman Allen & Filetti in September 2009 following his graduation from the Washington University in St. Louis School of Law. With his past experience as a Registered Patent Agent and his extensive undergraduate training as a Biomedical Engineer at the Washington University in St. Louis School of Engineering and Applied Sciences, Mr. Kitces brings a high level of understanding to even the most complex innovative technologies.
Mr. Kitces works closely with his clients to help them understand their intellectual property potential and prepare a plan to best protect and utilize those interests in the future. He has experience drafting and prosecuting many classes of patent applications, trademark applications, and copyright registrations. He is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia and registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
