Matthew P. Clune, Esq.
Matt has achieved results for a wide variety of companies and individuals facing a broad spectrum of legal issues. Most of his experience involves complex commercial litigation which has covered areas such as intellectual property, labor and employment issues, including non-compete disputes, and breach of contract. Matt has significant trial experience, and has successfully argued in most Kansas City area state and federal courts, as well as the Kansas Supreme Court. He is a talented speaker, researcher, and writer whose thoughtful and creative strategies will be invaluable to you or your business.
Matt is involved in the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association (“KCMBA”), a participant in the Ross T. Roberts Inn of Court program, as well as a graduate of the KCMBA’s Leadership Development Academy. Before practicing, Matt worked as law clerk and bailiff for the Honorable Thomas C. Clark in Jackson County, Missouri, where he helped manage and observe numerous civil and criminal jury trials.
