Mr. Martin’s practice is primarily focused on defending catastrophic injury claims of all types, with special emphasis on medical malpractice claims related to maternal fetal health and birth injuries. In addition, Mr. Martin’s practice includes other areas of professional negligence and hospital liability, as well as insurance and constitutional law.
