Marvin W. Masters graduated in civil engineering and law from West Virginia University. He is admitted to practice in both state and federal courts in West Virginia, the West Virginia Supreme Court, and United States Supreme Court. He is listed in the Martindale-Hubbell® Preeminent Lawyers association as well as Super Lawyers, Best Lawyers in America, Million Dollar Advocates Forum, and other societies. He is the former president of the West Virginia Association for Justice and a member of the International Society of Primerus Law Firms. Mr. Masters has more than 30 years experience as a trial attorney and has litigated more than 100 jury trials involving personal injury, fraud, product liability, medical negligence, pharmaceutical injury, and other civil cases.
