Multifaceted bilingual international attorney knowledgeable and experienced in international business transactions. International trade and legal experience in both U.S. and Spain. Assists clients in corporate counseling, corporate governance, entity formation, as well as in international contract disputes, international litigation and arbitration.
Previously associated with Albareda & Associates, PA in Miami, Florida, advising foreign clients on international corporate transactions, handling international breach of contract claims and foreclosure defense cases. Also served as attorney trainee for Clifford Chance, LLP in Barcelona, Spain.
Admitted to the United States District Court, Southern District of Florida, the District of Columbia Bar, the Florida Bar and the Barcelona Bar in Spain. Earned a Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center in 2006, and a Juris Doctor degree from the Universitat de Barcelona, Facultat de Dret in 2005.
