Mark V. Isola has extensive litigation experience in California state courts, federal courts, and bankruptcy courts, and has represented a diverse group of clients, from national banks and Fortune 500 companies to sole proprietorships and individuals. Mr. Isola’s practice focuses on real estate matters, including ownership disputes and title issues, as well as advising developers on acquisition and land use issues. Mr. Isola also represents creditors in foreclosures, workouts, and bankruptcy matters, such as relief from stay motions and fraudulent transfer claims. Additionally, Mr. Isola has significant experience as a mediator. Mr. Isola graduated cum laude from Santa Clara University, and obtained his law degree from the University of California, Davis, King Hall School of Law where he was Executive Editor of the Davis Law Review.
