Represented the Cincinnati Reds in the Pete Rose v. Bart Giamatti case, ultimately leading to Pete Rose’s ban from baseball. Represented the University of Cincinnati in cases challenging the privatization of the University of Cincinnati Hospital. Besides Freund, Freeze & Arnold
In his spare time, Mark enjoys playing chess, reading, and traveling. Mark placed third in the State of Ohio in high school and went on to play on the UC chess team as well, winning the Ohio State Team Championship in 1980. He still enjoys a good game of chess, but no longer has time for tournament play.
Mark also served as Cub master of Cub Scout Pack 867 for five years.
