Marc L. Breit, Esq.

Mr. Breit is licensed in both Kentucky and Indiana, and serves Whitten Law Office in Louisville and surrounding areas in Indiana.  The majority of Mr. Breit’s practice is devoted to the defense of personal injury lawsuits.  According to the Kentucky Trial Court Year in Review, Mr. Breit was the “Most Prolific Trial Attorney” among all civil circuit court attorneys in Kentucky several years in a row and ranked first in successful defense verdicts for more than five years.  He litigates cases in both state and federal courts throughout the Commonwealth of Kentucky and in Indiana.  In addition to his personal injury defense litigation, Mr. Breit handles insurance coverage questions, UM/UIM, and bad faith claims.  Mr. Breit has been a member of the American, Kentucky, and Louisville bar associations, the Kentucky Insurance Defense Counsel, Indiana State Bar Association, the United States District Court for the Western and Eastern Districts of Kentucky, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.  He is also a certified agent with both the National Football League and the Major League Baseball player associations.   Mr. Breit graduated from the University of Louisville School of Business (B.S., Economics) and St. Louis University School of Law (J.D.).
