Lori R. Miller, Esq.
Lori Miller is an associate with Rothman Gordon focusing her practice on litigation. She has more than nine years of experience representing individuals and business clients in bench and jury trials, agency hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and negotiations. She represents individuals in discrimination, unemployment and contract disputes. She advises business owners on contracts, including employment agreements, service agreements, commercial leases and asset purchase agreements.
Lori has taught legal and policy issues at Mercyhurst College and clerked for the Honorable John S. Kennedy in the 19th District.
In 1996, Lori received her B.A. in Political Science from the University of Pittsburgh and in 2000, her J.D. from the Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University. She is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association, the Erie County Bar Association, and the Pennsylvania Bar Association. She is also a member of the National Employment Lawyers Association (NELA).
