Notable Experience
With over sixteen years of trial and appellate work representing a broad spectrum of clients, including businesses, governmental entities, hospitals, physicians, attorneys, other professionals and insurance companies, Len has also handled numerous high profile wrongful death claims on behalf of police officers and municipalities accused of civil rights violations under state and federal law. He has extensive experience and has tried cases involving medical malpractice and legal malpractice claims.
Len has handled and tried complex cases involving business torts and other commercial disputes. He has represented both employers and employees in litigation regarding employment-related issues. Len’s clients have also included insurance companies and insureds in a variety of matters, including personal injury and product liability claims, “bad faith” claims, and disputes involving insurance coverage.

Len served as Co-Chair of the Dayton Bar Association’s annual Bench Bar Conference of 2004. He was also the Chairperson of the Unauthorized Practice of Law committee for the DBA. He received several distinctive honors in law school and was also a moot court competition finalist.
Len also helped coach the Oakwood Junior High School soccer program for several years and serves as a youth basketball coach/board member with St. Albert the Great School and the Alter feeder basketball programs. He resides in Kettering with his wife and their three children.
