Biography:
Mr. Davidson represents individuals and businesses in a variety of commercial and corporate transactions. Mr. Davidson is experienced in a broad range of business law areas including commercial and venture capital financing for closely held business, corporate structuring and restructuring, buy/sell transactions, employment and company management. In the real estate area, Mr. Davidson’s experience includes commercial lease negotiation of office, industrial and retail properties. Mr. Davidson’s experience in commercial lending includes asset based working line arrangements for retail and other commercial ventures.
