Kristin Ogburn’s practice is focused in the areas of bankruptcy, creditors’ rights, and commercial real estate law.

Ms. Ogburn has been admitted to practice in the western, middle, and eastern divisions of the U.S. Federal District Court of North Carolina, as well as the U.S. Federal District Court of South Carolina.

Ms. Ogburn served on the Bankruptcy Section Council of the North Carolina Bar Association from 2003 through 2006 and the Mecklenburg County Bar Board of Directors from 2004 through early 2007.

Currently, Ms. Ogburn serves on the Mecklenburg County Bar Continuing Legal Education Committee, which she chaired from 2000 to 2002.
