Kris Ryan is a shareholder with O'Meara Wagner P.A. and practices exclusively in the area of workers' compensation defense litigation, representing insured and self-insured employers and their carriers. Before joining the Firm in 2000, Ms. Ryan practiced personal injury litigation in the Twin Cities area. She received her undergraduate degree at DePauw University in Indiana, and earned her law degree at Hamline University School of Law in 1997. At Hamline, she was on the Dean’s List, and participated on the Jessup International Moot Court Team.

She is admitted to both the Minnesota state and federal courts. She is a member of the Minnesota Sate Bar Association and Hennepin County Bar Association. Ms. Ryan has also been recognized by her peers as a "Rising Star" as reflected in Minnesota Law & Politics magazine published surveys.

Ms. Ryan enjoys working with clients to prevent and mitigate litigation and finding creative solutions to complicated claims, and truly enjoys trying cases. She also conducts numerous seminars for clients.

When not at work, Ms. Ryan enjoys spending time with her husband and their three daughters.
