Kevin M. Norchi, Esq.

Kevin M. Norchi, Esq. graduated from Fordham University, New York City, in 1983 and obtained his law degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 1986. He became a member of the Ohio State Bar in 1986 and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court, Northern and Southern Districts, and the United States Court of Appeals, Sixth Circuit. Kevin began the practice of law with civil trial experience in Cleveland for two years and then in Cincinnati for six years representing physicians in medical negligence lawsuits and pharmaceutical companies in drug product liability matters. Returning to Cleveland in 1994, his scope of practice broadened to other areas of litigation including employment, medical products liability, health care and related subjects of fraud and abuse, credentialing, and professional negligence. Since 1994, Kevin has continuously represented certain institutional clients and with the support of those clients, the law firm of Norchi & Associates was established in 2002. In addition to ongoing litigation and trial responsibilities, Kevin counsels clients on “lessons learned” and sentinel event analyses in addition to lecturing physicians, nurses and hospital administrators on a wide-variety of health care subjects.
