Kevin’s practice incorporates all aspects of residential mortgage foreclosure and associated bankruptcy issues necessary to the protection of the rights of lending institutions. His particular focus is on handling court appearances for default services clients throughout the State of Wisconsin.
Kevin is part of a team which has consistently delivered our “cradle-to-grave” solution for all the residential mortgage needs of our servicer and lender clients while securing a reputation for accuracy and timeliness among our clients and peers that is second to none. He has a record of successfully concluding a large volume of foreclosure and loss mitigation proceedings for lenders on loans of all types, from conventional to home equity, including the FHA, VA, USDA, FreddieMac and FannieMae.
Prior to joining KMKSC as an attorney, Kevin spent two years with the firm as a law clerk, primarily assigned to the default services practice that he has now joined. In addition to traditional law clerk responsibilities, he also assisted in the move to a paperless business environment that occurred during his time as a law clerk. As part of that process, Kevin assisted in the testing of proprietary business applications and data during both the design and implementation stages, giving him a unique insight into the process of default services in Wisconsin.
