Notable Experience

Kevin has tried numerous civil cases to juries in Ohio state and federal courts. He also has mediated and arbitrated matters before state and federal panels and The American Arbitration Association and FINRA.

In addition to his extensive civil trial experience, Kevin is often called upon to make presentations on civil practice issues to various groups including the Ohio State Bar Association, Dayton Bar Association and Ohio Judicial College. Kevin has also given presentations on state and Federal Department of Transportation trucking regulations for the National Business Institute.

Kevin was named as Ohio Super Lawyer 2011 and Ohio Rising Star 2005-09, lists jointly prepared by Law & Politics Magazine and Cincinnati Magazine.

Besides Freund, Freeze & Arnold

In addition to spending time with his wife and three children, Kevin serves on the Dayton Area Chamber of Commerce Breakfast Briefing Committee. He also serves as a mentor through the Goodwill/Easter Seals of the Miami Valley Good Guides program. Kevin also serves on the Development Committee for Dayton Public Radio, WDPR Classical 88.1.

In his spare time, Kevin plays occasional golf and tennis.
