Kendra Anderson, Esq.
BACKGROUND
Kendra Anderson joined Neil Dymott in 1999 where her primary practice was civil litigation, specializing in medical malpractice defense. In 2005, she moved to San Francisco where she continued to practice all aspects of litigation including malpractice litigation, elder abuse claims and multi-million dollar brain injury claims. Ms. Anderson re-joined Neil Dymott in 2009 and is currently a senior associate at the firm. Her areas of practice include civil litigation, specializing in medical malpractice, elder abuse, healthcare and administrative hearings.
Ms. Anderson attended Iowa State University where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology. Prior to attending law school Ms. Anderson was an Intern for the Iowa Appellate Court for Chief Judge Allen Donielson. She attended The University of Iowa College of Law were she was the Business Manager and Editor for The Journal of Corporation Law. While attending law school, Ms. Anderson was the Director of the Client Counseling Program for the University of Iowa.
Ms. Anderson was a volunteer for the San Diego Volunteer Lawyer Program where she worked with Chinese Immigrants and developed a legal clinic for special immigrant juveniles. She has also done pro-bono work for the Public Conservators Office.
