Keith Nichols is a litigator focused on real property, landlord-tenant matters, construction, and general commercial litigation.

Mr. Nichols is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Western, Middle and Eastern Districts of North Carolina and all North Carolina State Courts. Mr. Nichols has served as lead counsel in a number of jury trials in District and Superior Court and has argued before the North Carolina Supreme Court.

Mr. Nichols was also selected by Law & Politics Magazine as a 2011 North Carolina “Rising Star” in Business Litigation. Mr. Nichols is the Co-Chair of the 26th Judicial District’s Bar Candidate Committee, is a member of the Mecklenburg County Bar Grievance Committee, and currently serves as the President of the Charlotte Chapter of the Vanderbilt Alumni Association.
