Keith B. Nichols, Esq.
Keith Nichols is a litigator focused on real property, business and commercial litigation. Mr. Nichols is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Western, Middle and Eastern Districts of North Carolina, the United States Court of Appeals – Fourth Circuit, and all North Carolina State Courts. Mr. Nichols has served as lead counsel in a number of jury trials in District and Superior Court and has argued before the North Carolina Supreme Court. Mr. Nichols was also selected as a SuperLawyers “Rising Star” in Business Litigation in 2011, 2012, and 2013. Mr. Nichols is the Co-Chair of the 26th Judicial District’s Bar Candidate Committee, is a member of the Mecklenburg County Bar Fee Dispute Resolution Committee, and is the Immediate Past President of the Charlotte Chapter of the Vanderbilt Alumni Association. Mr. Nichols is also a past member of the Mecklenburg County Bar Grievance Committee.
