- Assisted in negotiation and preparation of surface leases, oil and gas leases, seismic permits, rights of way, mineral and royalty deeds, and various agreements between working interest owners.
- Assisted oil and gas service companies in collecting receivables in excess of $2 million, including preparation and filing of mineral liens and implementation of other collection procedures authorized by law.
