Julie A. Lowell, Esq.
BACKGROUND
Julie A. Lowell was born in Albuquerque, New Mexico. She earned her Bachelor of Arts, summa cum laude, in Business Administration from St. Leo College, in Norfolk, Virginia. She also earned a Bachelor of Science, summa cum laude, in Nursing from Norfolk State University in Norfolk, Virginia. Ms. Lowell received her nursing license in 1995 and practiced in areas of general postoperative surgery, neurosurgery, orthopedic surgery and cardiac critical care.
Ms. Lowell earned her law degree from California Western School of Law, where she graduated cum laude. She has received numerous awards for her academic achievements in the areas of health law, legal skills, legal and social problem solving, and legal writing. While at California Western School of Law, Ms. Lowell completed the Pro Bono Honors Program through her work with the AIDS Assistance Team at the San Diego Volunteer Lawyer Program.
Ms. Lowell joined Neil Dymott in 2009. She is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Southern District of California. Ms. Lowell specializes in medical malpractice, wrongful death, elder abuse, healthcare law, personal injury and general civil litigation.
