Julia A. Dietz is a partner with Degan, Blanchard & Nash.
Ms. Dietz received her undergraduate from Georgetown University in 1980 and her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center in 1988. At Georgetown University Law Center, she served as Associate Editor for the Georgetown Law Review, and participated in the Appellate Litigation Clinic. Ms. Dietz specializes in insurance coverage litigation and client counseling.
She is admitted to practice in all state courts in Louisiana and Texas, all Louisiana Federal Courts, the United Stated District Courts for the Western and Southern District of Texas and the United States Court of Appeals in the Fourth, Fifth and Eighth Circuits. Ms. Dietz is a member of the Insurance Coverage Section of the Litigation Section of the American Bar Association and the Insurance Coverage Litigation Committee of the Tort and Insurance Practice Section of the American Bar Association, the Insurance Law Section of the Texas Bar Association, and the Appellate Section of the Louisiana Bar Association.
