Biography:
Mr. Cole’s clients include institutional lenders, investment bank firms, mortgage banking firms, closely-held and public corporations, loan servicing companies and individuals. Mr. Cole concentrates practice in the areas of finance and real estate, including the representation of lenders and borrowers in all aspects of negotiating, documenting and closing commercial loans and mortgage loans. He and representation of sellers and purchasers in connection with commercial and residential real estate transactions. He also regularly represents landlords and tenants in all types of commercial leasing matters.
