Joshua J. Hudson, Esq.
Prior to joining Roe Cassidy in July of 2013, Josh practiced in Kentucky for six years and Spartanburg, SC for one, where he built his practices around repeat clients and client referrals. He regularly received favorable outcomes for his clients in many areas of law, including divorce, child custody, foreclosure, and contract litigation. Josh also has extensive experience as a guardian ad litem for children in cases of dependency, neglect, and abuse.
Josh is a native of Danville, Kentucky and attended Wofford College where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in English in 2001. During college, he was the recipient of the Benjamin Wofford Prize for Best Novel, When You Fall. In 2006, he received his Juris Doctor from Northern Kentucky University’s Salmon P. Chase College of Law, where he was a member of the Moot Court Executive Board. He was admitted to the South Carolina state bar on February 8, 2012.
